This website is a digital service provided on a business basis. It is aimed at readers in Germany and the European Union. The provider is not established in the Union. The European country-of-origin principle therefore does not apply to it; the German information requirements must nevertheless be met because the service is directed at the German market.

• Register (Section 5(1) No. 4 DDG): Frontier Media Inc. is registered with the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry (Information Services Corporation, Canada) under entity number 102241657. The applicable corporate law is The Business Corporations Act, 2021 (Saskatchewan). There is no entry in a German commercial, association, partnership or cooperative register.
• VAT identification number (Section 5(1) No. 6 DDG in conjunction with Section 27a of the German VAT Act, UStG): No German or EU VAT identification number has been issued.
• Business identification number (Section 5(1) No. 6 DDG in conjunction with Section 139c of the German Fiscal Code, AO): No business identification number has been issued.
• Canadian GST/HST number (Business Number of the Canada Revenue Agency): 79441 5844 RT0001
• Regulated professions (Section 5(1) No. 5 DDG): The service is not provided in the exercise of a regulated profession within the meaning of the recognition directives referred to there. Details of a professional chamber, professional title and professional rules therefore do not apply.

5. No financial service requiring authorisation

This website is not operated as part of an activity that requires official authorisation under the German Banking Act (KWG), the German Investment Firm Act (WpIG) or a comparable licence. Accordingly, no competent supervisory authority needs to be named under Section 5(1) No. 3 DDG.

The provider is not an investment services firm and does not provide investment advice or investment brokerage. The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) is not the supervisory authority for this service.

7. Nature of the service

Alpha Investing publishes publicly accessible analyses and accompanying editorial content on shares and other instruments. The service is free of charge, with no user account, no newsletter sign-up and no payment processing on the website.

The service is provided on a business basis within the meaning of Section 5 DDG because it is offered on a sustained basis and not exclusively for personal or family purposes. No payment by the reader is required for this.

8. No investment advice, no individual recommendation

The content is provided for general information and editorial analysis. It

• does not take into account the personal circumstances of any reader,
• is not presented as suitable for any particular person, and
• is made available to the public exclusively through information distribution channels.

It therefore does not constitute investment advice within the meaning of Section 1(1a) sentence 2 No. 1a KWG or Section 2(2) No. 4 WpIG. It is not a solicitation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument and not an offer to enter into a contract.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

We do not conclude any contracts for consideration with consumers via this website. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/; we do not use it for this service.

12. Counterstatement
